Will be there again this year. Glad it won't be 104 degrees this time. They had 83 teams last year.

Look for the white enclosed trailer with black rooftop a/c with the Paddlin Pigs banner.
 
Been out of town the past week. Not gonna have much time to prepare.

BTW, this is an added $ event for IBCA. I was able to double my $ on my 3rd place chicken last year!
 
Plans changed. Looks like I'll have to miss this one.
 
Schedule conflict. So I'll cook Irving KoC next weekend.
 
Is it in the same location as last year? If it's not like cooking in the depression era dust bowl, I might drag Rob's Jambo out there if I can get caught up on work.

Yep, in the Stock Yards. As dry as it's been and as windy as it is today, it might be like last year, but withouth the 100+ degree days.
