I had a hankering for some red beans n rice tonight. Thawed out some of my andouille, made up the "holy trinity" of celery, green pepper and onion , then cheated and used a can of Blue Runner Cajun beans.

I love those things. A little more work to make then say, using a box of Zatarains (which is mighty good in itself), but not as much as from scratch.
Still turned out dang tasty.
