I had the butcher to grind me up a brisket and I made it into burgers. The burgers were topped with some homemade queso cheese, charred poblano chili peppers, crumbled up blue corn chips and a homemade pico de gallo. I paired them up with some grilled sweet tater fries, a few cold brews and a few games of cornhole with some friends.
Well again I did survive while the wife was gone....

I'm with mike on this one...not sure about cornhole games but the food is definitely the shiz nit!:eusa_clap

I'll have to try the sweet potatoes on the grill, that sounds great.
 
Glad you cleared that up for us Shiz-Nit. I was a little worried at first there brother. A lot like horse shoes...I'll have to give it a shot!
 
Wow, that is a nice burger, sloppy and with peppers too.
