:-DI rubbed down one slab after trimming them. I love the nibbles while smoking the rack.
I need to re-learn fire/temp control with the new mods. This is about 3 and a half hours at 250 - 275.
A couple of cold beers and these made my Friday evening.

I would have liked a little more smoke ring and more bark - oh well. As I said I need to practice control with the new mods. They were really good. I'd eat them again if I could!:clap2:

Thanks. I love my NBBD. I only use the ECB for camping.
