Simply Marvelous rub and pork

FIrst - I know no pictures did not happen. Wife had the camera so I could not take any pictures.

However, Schnucks had a sale on pork that I could not say no to. I did 2 7 pounds!

I tried a couple of new techniques and I decided to use the Simplt Marvelous. All i can say is, I did not use sauce. It was AWESOME -good job! I am going to use this more!!
