Just sayin hello. I've been monitoring this board for awhile, but just now getting around to saying hello. I run a BBQ Team out of Tucson which consists of me, my wife and two young boys. We run 2 stoked 18"WSM's and 2 stoked UDS's. We've done 8 total KCBS , IBCA and BCS comps since our intro in June of 2010. We are slowly getting better, placing 4th overall in KCBS Williams a few weeks ago.
I am more of a regular on a few local BBQ forums
Your mother of all threads, the UDS, has helped me along the way with my UDS's, and I truly appreciate all those who have contributed to it. It helps tons of people who never get the chance to say thanks.
