Beef & Baby Backs with Pig Shots.

Couple racks of Baby Backs. One rack rubbed with James Gang rib rub and the other with Plowboys Bovine. Beef Back ribs with Big Poppa's money rub.
These will go on the 22" WSM with Kingsford Comp. and apple wood.

Pig Shots going on the 14"WSM.

Those pig shots look delicious. What kind of pork sausage did you wrap the bacon around? What is the white filling on top? Looks great but I have no idea about the ingredients / rub / sauce etc lol

These pig shots were sliced kielbasa wrapped with bacon and filled with a mixture of cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese and rub.
