Pretty straight forward just takes a while to make it. The end results are well worth it.

see that's the problem, it takes awhile to make. on friday night, i want to torch the egg, get it stabilized, make the pizza, throw it on and eat it in 60 minutes.

While that is true the dough freezes and can be saved for later. It's worth the effort, I kind of thought the same way and finally broke down and went for it. I'm not sure if I'll go back to store bought. Your BGE will thank you (and your stomach will to).

Thanks. My wife and I have a pretty good dough recipe for our outdoor pizza oven, but we are always looking to improve. I'm going to try this one and see how it comes out.
