Made the mash out of potatoes and apple.
Gravy was made out of onion and tomato.
Sauerkraut had some Stroh rum drunk apple in it with raisins and cinnamon...also some ground up smoked paprika and bacon.

Looks great. I bet the sweetness of the apple really complimented the pork nicely. Good job
