pork butt pron

My dad is coming to visit and go fishing after I slayed them the other day on live bait so I thought I would que up a pork butt or three along with some goodies to see what he thought. I started the WSM last night at 10:00 and put the butts on when temps stabilized by 11. went to bed at 1:00 with temps chugging along at 240ish. I got up at 5:30 and checked it and they were still doing ok at 225. Stirred the coals and at 8:30 with temps about 200 now we are back up to 240 and the fatty went on. Here are some pics. I will be posting the ABT's and Pig Candy when it goes on here in a little bit.
