Hey guys and gals.
Im new to the forums here and cant wait to enough all of your tips,tricks and recipes.

currently I have a Weber gold 27" grill and a Brinkmann Smoke'N Pit Pro. we also have a 55 Gal BBQ at the firehouse that I tend to 2-3 times a weekend during the summer.
