Don’t forget the flat iron steaks when your wanting steak. I’ve made some of the best philly cheese steak ever out of em but they are also good as a steak – steak. I tried this recipe last night and I was in hog NO beef heaven. All you gotta do is smear some of that chipotle sauce out of the can on the steak after you season it and of course make the fantastic sauce out of chopped chipotles, cider vinegar, evoo and pour that over the bed of fresh garden maters, red onions, avocado, that is topped with that wonderful sliced meat and your all set.
