Friday's dinner arrangement: STL rib with Oakridge HDD and Smoked Chile Lime rub. On the Yoder for about 6hours at 250F. Spritzed with AJ/CV.

Misses prepped a new batch of baked beans on the indoor pit to go with the ribs.

Although I'm not seeing as much smoke from the Yoder as my Traeger, it's swear there's more smoke flavor on the meat.
