I would check with smokeware to see if their BGE cap will fit.

rain cap? chimney? I have a flat lid UDS-if it's raining during a cook, i just don't cook or use a pop up gazebo

I fashioned a small “bench” out of scrap wood and set it over the vent. Been meaning to build a better one, but haven’t gotten around to it yet. I think I’ll make a cover that just clips to the handle on the vent and extends over the holes.
