can't ya just slit it lengthwise and remove the seeds and roast it like butternut squash? that's what i'd try with butter/cinnamon/nutmeg.

Yes I did, thanks Rick I foiled it with butter S&P put it on a raised grig for 1-hr. then unfoiled it and cooked on top of foil for 45-min. more. It turned out very tasty
