Smoking a Pork Loin on the Weber Kettle using my DIY SmokyNador 3.0 (2 bent and screwed perforated pizza pans).

looking good so far. any pics of the "build"?
 
2 hrs exact with Kettle running 310-315* - IT of 143* - letting it Rest Bout 20 minutes.

Nice pork there, and interesting little modification.

How long a burn can you get with that thing.
 
I've done a butt with it - 8 hrs but I had to add lil charcoal after 6 hrs ( but I hadn't packed the chamber 100% full) -- that's y theres the sqaurish hole and I cut out the grate over hole. :wink:
