Points 113 Location Burleson Tx Oct 20, 2013 #8 I've done a butt with it - 8 hrs but I had to add lil charcoal after 6 hrs ( but I hadn't packed the chamber 100% full) -- that's y theres the sqaurish hole and I cut out the grate over hole. :wink:
