Uhm, 4 chicken leg racks (I already have 1 and use it a lot), a meat saw, a french fry cutter and a sausage stuffer later, and I'm done. Thanks Norco. My bride just stared at me in disbelief when I asked for her credit card.

Unless you're an octopus, no. Go for the vertical.

Whoops, I thought you were referring to the horn stuffer. Those old hand crank grinders work great for grinding. I use mine once in awhile for course grinding. It seams to work better than the el cheapo electric I have for some things. Still sucks for stuffing casings though.
 
Got my order in....4 leg racks, 1 each of the beer can racks for chicken and turkey. I smell more cookin' coming my way!!!

I use a turkey cannon for turkeys. Big 5 had them for $19.99. Makes it cook faster. Cleans up easily, love mine.
 
I ordered the stuffer and 2 leg racks. Thanks for the heads up.
