Babbling Farker
So I’m in the store looking for some chicken to cook for the week (and the TD), and I spot a bag of lamb….
I bring it home, surround it veggies, and think…STEW.
But there is a lamb TD, and it’s gotta be grilled or smoked, so now I think:
Lamb Stew Kabobs
I marinated the lamb in Kinder’s Garlic BBQ sauce:
Chopped up the veggies:
Par cooked the potato:
Put the Bell Pepper, onions, and lamb on their own skewers and grilled them:

Sprinkled some parsley on the oil-brushed carrots:
Put it all together and voila! My entry for the Lamb TD.
