Hey all -

Just registered and have spent the last few hours reading posts.....and maybe having a few adult beverages!

Anyway....Been using a weber kettle for all my fun and just getting ready to start my UDS. Drum is here and I will burn it out sometime this week. Can't wait to get err done!

Tried a brisket once once on the weber and it was a disaster. Hard controlling the heat for me. I mostly stick with ribs and chicken.

Stick around some, read some more, and for sure you will learn about controlling the Weber temps.
