I will be there but only as a spectator. I am trying to pickup some knowledge and maybe next year start entering as a participant. I hope I can get to meet some of you while I am there.

I'm in, see you there. Make sure to stop by and say hi :p

Headed out in a hour or so.
Chad and I will see y'all there.

I will be there Friday afternoon. I am not a participant but is it possible for me and the OL to get in and walk around a little? I sure would like to see how everone sets-up.

Of course I will be there Saturday too. Sure would like to meet some of you.

Hey TexEx my Buddy Dan Watson of Long Dawgs Blue Smoke arrived today. Look for a red Predator toy hauler. He cooks with a Stumps GF. Tell him that DoRagQ said to look him up. He is a great guy and cook. Check him out.

Dropped my trailer off tonight. Saw the Kapn and his new rig. Looks pretty sweet!
Heading back over tomorrow noon after a fricken computer training class. Grrr. :x

My trailer is there as well. See you all at Noon.

that class gonna have anything bout how to keep stuff off of forums that ain't spose to be there??? I'm just about old enought to qualify to be one of them folks that moves to Fl in winter and up north in summer but my problem is - I can't seem to find the funds for it. Sure would be nice though to get to compete with you guys in the sunshine state. Anybody you know of a team that does that?

Sledneck is down there cooking with Jimmy.

It was a good cookoff, as usual. All the "northern" folks make it down. I hadn't been out in a while so it was nice seeing Ray, Rod, Rub, Kevin, Jimmy, John, Eddie, etc. etc. etc. Like I tell folks "All those guys you see on FoodTV? I've been beat by most of them!!

Oh yeah, nice seeing Sled, too!!:-D

We took 10th in brisket. We thought brisket was our weakest entry...turned out the only one we walk in. Great weather (we have a camper with heater and clean/private toilet facilities) AND we've got Tim's newest creation -- a cook trailer with sink, hot water, mounted FEC100, plenty of counter space....it was SWEET!

Congrats to those that walked. Rub, I thought you had GC or Reserve.
