What is the best way to heat up, keep warm pulled pork.

i serve more than a crock pot can handle.

Any luck with Roaster oven (turkey ovens sold at Wally world)

The roaster oven set on warm/low should work fine.

I prefer a chafing pan which works great.

we keep ours in 1/2 size disposable pans, covered with plastic wrap and foil, and keep them in the cambro until serving. If they need to be heated or warmed, put the whole pan in the smoker for a few minutes

For heating up we use SS restaurant pans wrapped with foil in our cooker.

For holding/serving we absolutely love these.

Economical, efficient, easy to clean/store/setup. We use them for meats and sides.

Keep pork whole if possible, a whole butt that is smoked the day before can be reheated in a few hours at 275, and is really good and moist,

Our pork goes straight from the smoker, pulled and into the cooler until needed then heated on the flat top and into the kitchen. Trying to hold it hot all day will dry it out.

Cambros are awesome for holding for same day service. We go right from the smoker into full size steam pan trays and right into the Cambro. We keep them in there until just before service and then we pull and serve. When one pan is about 1/2 empty we will start pulling another pan and keep it in the Cambro until we refill the chafer. We have a few of the Avantco food warmers which are really nice if you have power at the serving table, but more often than not we just use chafing dishes with sterno heaters.
