Stuck at home... Rib time...

Some Pork Mafia Memphis Mud, my go to rub for pork. Cut off the flaps for a treat for the chef.

On to the Big Joe at 250...

Couple coats of Pitty Que Spicy sauce. Local sauce.

Some double bones & Vine-Gar slaw. Good Stuff!

A perfect looking plate! Where do you get your spares from? Those look like they are fairly plump....

These were an IBP three pack from RD. Used to get them at Sam's all the time before they closed them all down a few years back. My favorite, most consistent ribs.

Yep, That'd be the one. I popped in after the Brethren Winter lunch in January. Still have plenty in the deep freeze.
