That's a great weekend. Cook all night and end up with great looking que.
 
I think for my first brisket and pork loin I didnt do bad at all thanks to this site!
 
Best propane smoked ribs, ever!

not my best even though I used a mix of hickory and mesquite. New brand of spares. Gas or charcoal I know how to get that smokey flavor. I'm going back to my sam's club spares.
