Smoked Fried Mac and Cheese

Hey,

I was thinking of buying some of those fried mac and cheese balls from Trader Joes and smoking them and then serving them with a garlic sriracha aioli.

Has anyone ever smoked the fried mac and cheese? I can't see how it could be bad.
