I don't use Kielbasa. I use a good Louisiana smoked pork sausage. I keep everything else the same, though. They're always a hit.

Ina Garten's Smoked Salmon Spread - It's like crack (and goes well on crackers or crudités).

I like to dabble with bbq and appetizers. Stuffed shrooms with greens, bacon, and cheese are one. Stuffing the small bell peppers with cheese and sausage, wrapped in bacon go good at home for my family, since they don't dig spicy stuff. I cooked some bacon wrapped tater tots, and put some cheese slices on top when the bacon was almost crispy. I liked them, wife thought they were too rich.

call me old fashioned and boring but I love smoked chicken wings and ABT's.
You can take whatever liberties you want as far as flavoring each of them.
