Marinated in Mojo Grillo for bout 30 min (doubt that is enough to make a lot of difference but maybe a little), then cooked indirect till about 120 internal then direct while basting with Mr Yoshidas Spicy Wing Sauce. Cooked to 180. Best BLSL I ever had period.
