Did these split boobs for my son's bday party. Brined for 2 hours in 1C sea salt 1C brn sugar, garlic, thyme, black pepper in 1 gallon water. Rubbed with paprika, garlic, onion, black pepper. Put on the UDS started at 250 and ended around 320. Tasted fantastic!
