</SPAN>Tonight I tried something a little different.I used DP's Shakin the Tree,EVOO,fresh lemon and rosemary.I fired up the XL BGE at 350* raised/direct and cooked up the beauties:-D Anyway,if you're wondering,they were great:thumb: Here's the pron.....

We grill a lot of Salmon, we fish lake Michigan, you can cook it at 400 degrees, get the carmelization thing working. Your looks wonderful.
 
You sure did justice to some beautiful pieces of salmon.:clap2:
