Greetings All,
I'm an avid BBQ'er from Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. I have had the good fortune to work for a BBQ manufacturer in the area for several years doing cooking demos and events (Hopefully I have not violated the rules thus far... and I beg for mercy if I have)
Long story short, it's a pretty good gig to say that working with BBQ's is my job, but it's as much fun experimenting in my spare time.
Having skimmed the threads, I like the sense of community and overall interest in avoiding standard bulletin board shenanagins here, and look forward to being involved!
