Greetings from the Philly burbs of NJ.
I lurked here on and off for several months and decided to join.
Obviously new here but not new to forums.

Currently I have a Primo XL, 36 Blackstone Griddle.
I have 20x36 Lone Star Grilllz being built right now and should have it within the next 2-3 weeks.

Long time gasser but made the jump to charcoal after tasting the food from my wife’s Uncles BGE. I can honestly say I’ll probably never own another gas grill.
I have made a lot of great meals off the Primo from brisket to our turkey last thanksgiving.

Very excited about getting the stick burner and cutting my teeth with a true smoker.
