Buy.com reviews are good but Amazon reviews are horrible.

We have one, its been through the paces for a few months now...no complaints. Good price, we paid 80.00 at local hardware store for it...

I just tried to order one and even though the ad says free shipping I was charged $12 for shipping. No thanks.
