It's also a shame the don't properly secure the flag on the flagpole. Looks like the bottom clasp is disconnected or broken.

Six tax liens. Just bad business. Pay your taxes immediately, don't wait till the end of each quarter. If you aren't covering enough for costs AND taxes, your pricing is wrong. Taxes is part of the food cost, not an after thought. We have too much of that too. Popular places. Always packed. Doesn't matter whether its a Chicago Hot Dog institution or an empire builder bringing authentic Chinese cuisine (read, not Chop Suey) to Chicago and Vegas, a simple act of paying taxes seems to escape some people. I don't get it.
