Need some advise . Ive never used a cambro before. Ive been looking at the cambro 350lcd soup cambro for my beans I do for school events . I do about 6 gallons at a time and so far have used 2 gallon zip lock bags and a Ice chest to transport.When using this type of cambro do you just put your product in the cambro or do you use containers inside it ? Do you serve from it or just stock pile your food in it. I usually make the beans the day before and put it in the fridge overnight then reheat in the warming ovens and on the smoker.
