Ive been lurking here for weeks now. Never posted anything any where until now. Amazed at the wealth of info on this site. Never heard of a UDS until I arrived here. Looking forward to learning much more about what I have always called "Cooking Out" which is something I have loved to do for over 35 years. Have used a lot of different grills and currently have a CB infrared gasser & cheapo charcoal cart grill which I use several times a week. Looking forward to learning a lot more from ya'll and maybe helping someone else along the way. Love all the pron!!!
