I just found this place while Googling recipes and I can't wait to read more. I don't have an official smoker but I can do some pretty good stuff on my trusty Weber using indirect heat. I also play around a little with Dutch Oven cooking.

My next outdoor cooker will be a Big Green Egg or a Grill Dome.:mrgreen:

You can make good Q on a Weber by using the offset method. Welcome aboard!

Most of us, if we had only on cooker, would choose a weber kettle so you are in good company. Look forward to seeing pictures of what you cook.
