Shish ke bobs!!





Nothing fancy. Spare rib trimmings that have been in the freezer. trimed and tossed in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Skewered with potatoes, pearl onions and mushrooms

On the grill for about 30 minutes with some cherry chunks
