I would say if you could only pick one or the other Genie's Trinity is the way to go...it is a great well-balanced rub. I love all his stuff. I make my own "Trinity" with equal part cherry, apple,and pecan.

The Trinity IS great. The problem is that ALL of Steph’s stuff is great, making it hard to choose what to use sometimes.
