I hope you guys don't mind, but instead of re-posting with an entire different form (it'd take a LONG time on my PC) I'll leave you guys the link with my blog where I posted canadian bacon and my sausage peppers/onions.

The sausage and peppers was I think the best thing I've ever grilled/smoked with the exception of a slightly tough outer skin. Besides that, it was incredible, so I ask you guys head over there and take a look. Every weekend I'll have some pr0n up there, so follow if you'd like.

If you noticed, 16 have looked and no comment. So honey I will have to say it. I mind.

From my experience...many people won't click your link.
For in the near future...please post the pics on the forum instead of redirecting to a blog.

Lookin' good from here :) I would have commented on the blog side if you enable the name/url option. I don't use those other types of accounts that are required to comment on the blog...

I'll comment.
Looks great. For some reason it's never occurred to me to put peppers and onions on a brat/dog/sausage.
I actually used to hate peppers, but recently some switch in my brain flipped, and I love them (green not so much, but red and yellow have been finding their way in to many dishes).
I'm going to have to give that a try this week.

btw, how'd you do the peppers & onion? just smoked 'em?
I usually just fry in butter and bacon grease until they're all caramelized and delicious. I've also never thought to do them on the grill.
