Hey guy's and gals,I just wanted to say hello from north GA.I have been enjoying this site for a while now,and I figured it's time to introduce myself.I got my first smoker 5 1/2 yrs ago(medium BGE),now I have four:icon_blush: .The wifey say's that I can't have anymore,but she's said that before:roll: .Anyway,I'm an electician and enjoy woodworking.I started building a new home for my eggs a year ago,and I'm still tryin to get it finished:icon_blush: .One of these day's "Sparky's" Smokehouse will be complete,but untill then,I'll continue the cook 3-4 nights a week+ weekends(of coarse) :-D
