went with the 3 bear rub and let them sit for 4 hours
then brought them out

These were amazing and I love my smoke ez next week 14 lb turkey on the smoke ez hope ya'll enjoyed
 
Nice looking beef ribs! Got some in the freezer that may have to make an appearance this weekend.
 
Beautifully done. The Smoke EZ looks like a nice unit. Are you going to reinforce your kettle's legs?
 
Beef ribs are my favorite thing to bbq. Your pics only reaffirm that conviction. Great looking ribs.
 
This is the legs I built on my Smoke E-Z conversion. If I remember right they are 30 inches long by 3/4 inch wide. I stuck one end in the leg supports and drilled a hole a couple of inches below the rim to bolt them on at the top. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1337654707.746456.jpg
