Of course the first step is to have the right equipment.
The mouth of the beast.
And then you need the right ingredients to make said burgers.
7lbs of chuck roast, 2lbs of bacon and 11 herbs and spices.
Then you need the proper preparation, cube the chucks and the bacon.
After the first grind I mix in the spices plus some finely chopped onion.
Then of course before letting anyone try the burgers you have to make a test pattie.
This is the best part!
This was the first test run, I had to repeat this one more time after adding a little more of this and a little more of that. Feel free to test as often as needed.
I enjoy making the burgers as they requested, I am just glad they didn’t ask for eggs!!
