Hi!

Does anyone have any recommendations for BBQ joints in LA? Specifically, the area of Universal City would be great.

Our own BigMista vends at the Atwater Village farmers market on Sundays. That's the best Q you'll find in the area, and that market is as close as he gets to Universal City.

He sells out of meat, so get there early.

Other than that, there's some middling Q in that part of LA. Can't wholeheartedly recommend anything else on the north end of the city.

For goodness sakes go see Neil at one of his markets for some of the best BBQ anywhere. :icon_cool
 
My niece is in Universal City for an internship and I wanted to steer her towards some good 'Q. I'll let her know about Atwater Village.
