a busy saturday. our dishwasher pooped out so by the end of this excursion i had 2 sinks and a broken dishwasher full of dirty dishes.
a friend had a cow slaughtered and said he had no idea what to do with short ribs. i decided to smoke them.
treated them like beef ribs. did braise them with pepsi/worch half way through.
texas crutched the ribs.
plowboys/todd's dirt/dizzy dust made appearances.
