Spread out a Jimmy Deans italian sausage chub, layered it with sauteed onion, green peppers and mozzarella cheese, rolled it up and put on smoker over some hickory!:mrgreen:


Will post pics of finished yummy's

Finished fatty, tastes great, next time i'll try some of the add in's you spoke of....

Got a nice pinwheel of filling

Sliced up some italian sausages and a smoked turkey breast also, all good eats!
