Everything looks and smells wonderful... I'm going to need suggestions on how to use these ingredients but can't wait to try them!

Ajam Pedis - nice flavorful paste for sauce,cook it with chicken or pork
Sambel Pecel (karangsari) - sweet n spicy peanut sauce
Chan's Massala - massala powder,good for curry (or roti:wink:)
Maggi Bouillon - secret Surinam ingredient
Lemon Chutney - haven't got this one
Garlic Chutney - haven't tasted it yet
Chili Lime Chutney - haven't got this one
Malafish Indonesian cooking paste (trassie belachan bakar) - shrimp paste
Schylger Zoul- Ambachtelijk gerookt - Schylger Zout (smoked seasalt) made by a craftsman

Wow what a nice care package. Just be glad he didn't send you any Ratzeputz. Had that once from Denmark. Makes moonshine look tame. You would never get any cooking done.
