started with a tomato salad, i have been loving this latley

6 oz patties of ground tri tip, Oakridge SM and a TJ coffee rub, ran out of Carne crosta

butter garlic salt Parmesan

grill grate turned over

burgers on

flip

2 slices real american each

good

buns

blue cheese spread, blue, Greek yogurt, OO, vinegar, S&P

lettuce and tomato

meat

plated shots

blurry bite shot

worth the effort for sure, amen

Heck yeah Tom, you should try mixing the blue cheese into your patties sometime, Gorgonzola works well too and Carne Crosta just puts it over the top. :hungry:
