Well, Butterflied a couple yardbirds and rubbed both with EVOO, bird#1 got Oakridge secret weapon (bird on rt), Bird #2 got Oakridge gamebird/chicken rub. The birds are done and resting will cut into them shortly and will let you know the results of my side/side taste test.. Thanks for lookin:thumb:

OK taste test is complete!!! No clear winner!! both rubs were really good and they had different profiles so its a draw they were both great!!! I will have to do it again to try to pick a winner!!
