amazingly The ECB is holding steady at 200. Gonna try to ramp it up in a couple hours. Minion method is working, coals aren't catching to fast which leads me to believe the mods are working!!

Dropped temp after 3 hours to 185... shook up coals to get ash off and opened intake a bit.
At 4 hours its sitting at 215 and plenty of coal left.... I'm very pleased with how this ECB pos is cooking!!
