I bought a couple of grass fed ribeyes on Saturday but my wife had to work late, so I grilled them tonight. I seasoned them with some Back Of The Yards Garlic Pepper from The Spice House. It's a very nice blend for beef. I also baked a couple of Russet taters and made some sauted spinach with onions, red peppers and some left over sweet taters. Oh yeah... I almonst forgot about the 'shrooms!
