First time ever. Wife bought me one last weekend didn't get the chance to smoke. But I made time to do it this weekend. Kept it simple with a little salt and pepper. Smoking low and slow at 225-250. Hopefully it turns out good. More pron to come in the morning

Great plan....great start.

225 is the magic temp for me, too. I've turned out a lot of great chow at 225.

Sitting at stall 160. Pulled it recently. Sitting in cooler right now. I'll post pics when pulled. Pretty excited. Oh an btw when your up drinking and seeing doubles. You need both your maverick temps :]
